What is Family Handyman Insider?
We’ve created the Family Handyman Insider to give subscribers the opportunity to gain access to Family Handyman project plans, DIY University Quick Classes and the print and digital version of Family Handyman magazine all for one low annual fee. Project plans and DIY University Quick Classes are updated monthly so there is always new content to enjoy throughout the year.

How can I make changes to my account? (e-mail address, password, mailing address, etc.)
You may change your personal information by logging into the Family Handyman Insider website and selecting “ACCOUNT” in the top right corner.
What if I have questions about my billing?

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into the Family Handyman Insider website and selecting “ACCOUNT” in the top right corner. From there you can select “CANCEL” at the bottom of the “MEMBERSHIP” box. You can also cancel by calling our Member Support Department at 1-800-508-4270 or emailing [email protected]. Have your membership number on hand. You can find your membership number by logging into the Family Handyman Insider website and selecting “ACCOUNT” in the top right corner.
Can I receive a refund?
If you cancel at any time during your annual membership, you will continue to have access to those benefits through the end of your subscription term and your credit card will not be charged when it is time for renewal. If you cancel and want your benefits to stop immediately, send an email to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your membership number. You will then receive a refund for the unused balance of your paid membership.
What should I do if I am not receiving Family Handyman Insider membership emails?
Please confirm that we have your correct e-mail address by logging into the website and selecting “ACCOUNT” in the top right. If the address listed is correct, please e-mail [email protected]. Please be sure to include your membership number.
I am having trouble logging in.
On the login page, you may select “Request New Password” and an e-mail will be sent, allowing you to reset your password. If the problem continues, please e-mail support at [email protected]
